I had a mixed experience during my stay at this hotel. The location was convenient for exploring the town with easy access to pubs and restaurants, but the courtyard view from my room was marred by the extraction chimney from the kitchen. The service was friendly but seemed lacking in some areas. The dining experience was delightful with amazing sausages, although there was a mix-up with the booking. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement in various aspects.

My room overlooked the courtyard, which was fine, but the presence of the kitchen's extraction chimney was a downside. The room layout through passages to room 37 was a bit surprising, and the hot breakfast was not to my liking. It would have been better if the remotes were left in the rooms for convenience.

The staff, although friendly, didn't seem very motivated to make improvements. However, they did try their best to help us with some room problems and were constantly trying to cope with the demands of all guests.
